Federal Ruling in Wit v. UBH Mandates Systemic Changes

A federal judge has issued an amended remedies order in Wit v. United Behavioral Health (Wit v. UBH), declaring that UBH breached its fiduciary duties and multiple state laws in developing and adopting medical necessity guidelines tainted by financial self-interest and lack of due care.
